Sainsbury’s toy sale | Supermarket launches huge half-price Christmas toy sale

Christmas is just over two months away and if that isn’t exciting enough I don’t know what is.

Soon we’ll start seeing all the Christmas lights coming out, the Christmas trees in windows, and the endless Christmas songs that are played in every single shop.

Things will be a bit different this year because of coronavirus but there’s nothing stopping you from gifting your friends and family with fabulous presents.

The good news today is that Sainsbury’s have finally launched its annual toy sale in larger stores with many items being half-price.

The sale starts today (Wednesday, October 14) and will end in just one week so you had better run down to your nearest store now.

Sainsbury’s had tried to keep the launch date secret but it was soon leaked and signs started to pop up in stores about it.

Similar to previous years you’ll be able to choose from thousands of discounted toys from the biggest brands.

You could buy amazing toys from the likes of LEGO, Disney, Barbie, Frozen, Hot Wheels, Nerf, Jurassic Park, Marvel, Peppa Pig and much more.

It’s important to know that the sale is mainly running in store with only a few selected items online. You can also enjoy Sainsbury’s current Halloween range as well if you’re not quite ready for Christmas.

As well as this you’ll need to make sure you’re social-distancing as normal in stores and be wearing your face mask.
Prices of children’s toys are being slashed by up to 50% in Sainsbury’s stores across Suffolk and north Essex this week – helping shoppers save money in the run up to Christmas.

The festive period might feel a bit different this year, but Sainsbury’s highly-anticipated annual sale is still going ahead as planned.

The huge sale returns to Sainsbury’s stores from today, in a bid to cheer up shoppers and help those looking to save money on presents.

Brands which are included in the discount include LEGO, Disney, Barbie, Frozen, Hot Wheels and Nerf.

The sale will ends on Wednesday, October 21 and gives customers up to 50% off a range of children’s toys in the run up to Christmas.

Suffolk stores which are known to be taking part include the Sainsbury’s Warren Heath shop in Felixstowe Road and the Hadleigh Road store. Check with your branch over the phone to see if they are offering the deal.

Social distancing measures will be in place in all stores – and customers are reminded to only shop with people in their household and in groups of less than six.

Deals will be exclusive to stores, so you won’t be able to find them online.

The likes of Debenhams, Boots and Tesco have also already kicked off their autumnal sale events, with toys and gift sets on offer, helping anyone who may be tight on funds this year following the pandemic.
